Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar

Welcome to Srinagar, the enchanting City of Lakes. Upon your arrival at Srinagar Airport/TRC, you will embark on your ‘Exotic Kashmir’ journey. You’ll be accommodated in a Houseboat or Hotel. After enjoying lunch, experience a serene shikara ride on the beautiful Dal Lake. Your first night will be spent on the Houseboat or Hotel.

Day 2: Srinagar to Gulmarg and Back

Travel to the scenic Gulmarg (a 60 km, 2-hour drive), renowned for its ski slopes and the world’s highest natural 18-hole golf course. Revel in the breathtaking vistas of snow-draped mountains. You may also opt for a Gondola (cable car) ride from Gulmarg to Kongdoori & Marry Shoulder. Evening return to Srinagar for an overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 3: Day Trip to Sonamarg from Srinagar

Set off for a day-long trip to the splendid ‘Meadow of Gold’, Sonamarg. The brisk Sindh River here is famous for trout and mahseer fishing in the summer months. Consider taking a pony ride to explore the nearby glaciers, reveling in the surrounding snow and ice (at an additional cost). Return to Srinagar in the evening for a restful night at the Hotel.

Day 4: Journey to Pahalgam

Post breakfast, depart for Pahalgam (90 km, approximately 2 hours), a picturesque tourist spot known as the Valley of Shepherds. On the way, visit the Saffron fields, the ancient Awantipur ruins, and the Anantnag sulphur springs. Situated at an elevation of 2440 meters, Pahalgam is celebrated for its connection to the Indian Film Industry and its mesmerizing valley views. Overnight in Pahalgam.

Day 5: Return to Srinagar and Sightseeing

After exploring Pahalgam in the morning, drive back to Srinagar for an overnight stay at a Houseboat/Hotel. Post breakfast, embark on a tour of Srinagar’s famed Mughal gardens – Nishat Bagh, Shankarcharya Temple, Hazratbal Shrine, and Shalimar Bagh, all majestically located along the Dal Lake. Nishat Bagh, known for its Chinar tree plantations on its highest terrace, alongside Shalimar Bagh, exhibits a symmetric design with central waterways and fountains. Spend the night at the Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 6: Departure with Fond Memories

Following breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the Airport/TRC for your departing flight, taking with you treasured memories of your delightful tour of Kashmir.
